DV Group Acquires Turbo Host for ₹1 Crore, Announces Merger with DV Hosting

New Delhi, September 2026: DV Group has announced the acquisition of Turbo Host, a hosting and domain services provider, in a deal valued at ₹1 crore. Following the acquisition, Turbo Host's operations will be integrated into DV Hosting, the hosting division of DV Group.

As part of the integration, all existing Turbo Host customers will be migrated to the DV Hosting platform. The company said the transition is being planned to ensure continuity of hosting, domain and related services for existing customers.

Turbo Host Customers to Move to DV Hosting

Under the merger plan, Turbo Host customers will gradually be migrated to DV Hosting. Customers will receive further communication regarding their accounts, hosting services, domains, billing and any migration-related requirements as the integration progresses.

The merger will bring Turbo Host customers under the DV Hosting ecosystem, providing access to DV Hosting's broader hosting and infrastructure services.

Existing Services to Continue During Migration

Existing Turbo Host hosting and domain services are expected to continue operating during the migration period. Customers will be informed in advance about important migration dates and any actions that may be required from their side.

DV Group aims to complete the migration in a structured manner while maintaining service continuity for existing Turbo Host customers.

Turbo Host Operations to Close by February 2027

Following completion of the customer and service migration, Turbo Host is expected to cease operations by February 2027.

The closure will form part of DV Group's plan to consolidate the two hosting businesses under the DV Hosting brand.

Until the migration process is completed, Turbo Host customers will continue receiving updates regarding their services and the transition to DV Hosting.

Expansion of DV Group's Hosting Business

The ₹1 crore acquisition represents another step in DV Group's expansion of its hosting and technology services portfolio.

Through the acquisition and subsequent merger, DV Group will consolidate Turbo Host's customer base and operations into DV Hosting, with the objective of operating its hosting services under a unified platform and brand.
